Single-concert tickets
Group purchases


Tickets are available from Choral Society members, at our ticket outlets, or by mail order (with payment by check or PayPal).

To order tickets by mail via PayPal, use the drop-down menu below to select the tickets you wish to purchase (adult tickets only).

When you click on the View Cart button, you will be able to review your order, specify quantities, and remove items. When you click on Proceed to Checkout, you will be taken to a secure checkout page, where you may use PayPal to place the order and make the payment. Please be sure that your PayPal account includes your shipping address. Please keep the PayPal receipt for your records.

Concert Tickets

To order tickets by mail with a check, send a check payable to “Choral Society of Durham” to the following address:

Be sure to include the following information:

  1. Your name, mailing address, and phone number or e-mail address (in case we have questions about your order).
  2. The concert(s).
  3. The numbers of adult and student tickets.

Please also consider becoming a Friend of the Choral Society with your tax-deductible donation.

To request a 2011–12 season brochure, which includes a ticket order form, click here. Be sure to include your name and mailing address. Brochures will be mailed in August or September.

Free student ticket eligibility: Any full-time student, regardless of age. College and university students may present a student ID at any of our ticket outlets or at the door to receive a free student ticket.

Please note: Attendance at our regular-season concerts by young children is discouraged unless the child is mature enough to remain silent during the performance.

SINGLE-CONCERT TICKETS

Tickets to single concerts may be purchased in four ways:

  1. by mail
  2. at the door
  3. from Choral Society members
  4. at one of our ticket outlets

Single-concert ticket information:

Christmas Concert 1: Bach Christmas Oratorio (Cantatas 1–3) & German Carols (Saturday, December 10, 8:00 p.m.)
Adults $20, Students free

Christmas Concert 2: Bach Christmas Oratorio (Cantatas 4–6) & German Carols (Sunday, December 12, 4:00 p.m.)
Adults $20, Students free

Chamber Choir Concert: Historical Bach with Mallarmé Chamber Players (Sunday, February 5, 3:00 p.m.)
$18 in advance, $20 at the door

Berlioz Requiem (Saturday, March 24, 8:00 p.m.)
Adults $20, Students free

Orff’s Carmina Burana (Saturday, April 28, 8:00 p.m, or Sunday, April 29, 4:00 p.m.)
Adults $20, Students free
